Edgar (he/him) is a public service advocate, community-centered enthusiast devoted to understanding the collaborative spirit of mutual understanding, patience, and flexibility. He is captivated by the coalition-building process when combining both human and material resource data to produce comprehensive change. Edgar is a senior at the University of Houston, former LATAM Bridges scholar, former staffer at the National Hispanic Institute, and is a current member of the College to Congress congressional cohort.
